Why would a school use biometrics?

Quite simply, to save time, money and to secure student– improve their quality of education instead of Putting their valuable time & money to non core activities. Biometric technology can also provide more benefits in terms of convenience, safety and security.  Schools can use the biometric/RFID card  to identify students to applications such as those used for Real time attendance via SMS to parents, in the library, sport facilities or canteen and on the bus.
